The engagement
Warehouse Forensics.
Three weeks, fixed scope, fixed price.
You are buying an answer, not a platform. The whole engagement runs on one file you already produce, which is why it needs no security review, no integration project and no change to how the floor operates.
01
You send one export
Thirty days of order lines, pick or task records, and unit movements, from your WMS, WCS or both. Excel or CSV, as your team already produces them for reporting. Identifiers can be pseudonymised before they leave your building. The analysis does not need real names.
02
I reconstruct the operating history
The three files are joined into one ordered model: every order and unit followed through every zone, from records that currently do not connect. Then the ten questions you have always wanted to ask your own data. You supply them, I answer them from the reconstruction and show the working.
03
You get a report, and the data
A written report for your leadership, with every figure traceable back to a row in your own export. Plus the normalised event store itself, exported and yours to keep, whatever you decide to do next.

The price is on this page deliberately. At this size the engagement should be a decision one operations lead can make, not a procurement exercise.
What it is not
- Not live monitoring. It reads an export, once.
- Not forecasting. That needs a validated history first.
- Not a system for your team to run, learn or maintain.
- Not connected to anything. No credentials, no agent, no vendor to notify.
Bring one operational question you cannot currently answer.
If your own export cannot answer it either, I will say so on the call and there is no engagement to discuss. That is a faster and cheaper outcome for both of us than finding out in week three.
